Non ho un amore particolare per la festa di San Valentino, ma ho una vera adorazione per tutto ciò che è a forma di cuore. I cuori, sì adoro i cuori rossi o fucsia o rosa meglio ancora. E così questa festa è semplicemente una scusa per comprare e ammirare tutto ciò che presenta un CUORE.
Allora ho pensato, perché non realizzare un piccolo progetto perfetto per questo giorno d'amore?
Magari una mattonella che poi possa essere la base per tanti altri progetti, un piccolo punto di partenza per altre grandi idee.
Vi presento la mia "Love Fool-Granny" (sì il nome ricorda proprio quella canzone del 1996 dei The Cardigans, l'ho sempre amata, sopratutto il ritornello che ripete una delle frase più semplici e belle che tutti  a volte cantiamo al mondo intero  "Love me, love me, say that you love me". Ed è terribilmente frizzante, sì la adoro. Perfetta per questo primo progetto con pattern).
I have no particular love for Valentine's Day, but I have a real adoration for everything that is in the shape of heart.  Hearts, yes I really love "hearts" in every colors: red or fuchsia, pink or even better. And so this Day is simply an excuse to buy and take in everything that presents a HEART.
Then I thought, why not make a perfect little crochet project for this day of love?
Maybe a granny-square that can then be the basis for many other projects, so may be a small starting point for other great ideas.
I present my "Love Fool-Granny" (yes the name sounds a lot like that song of 1996 of The Cardigans, I've always loved it, especially the chorus that repeats a simple and beautiful sentence that we usually sing to the whole world "Love me, love me, say that you Love me." and it's terribly exciting, yes I love it. Perfect for this first project with pattern).

La Love Fool-Granny è nata semplice così, con la forma classica della mattonella. Si parte dal cuore con il colore fucsia e poi si cambia con il filo grigio chiaro e si lavorano le catenelle (le maglie basse con cui ci si attacca al cuore devono esser fatte nella costa dietro in modo tale che il cuore risalti al meglio). Ho deciso di usarle come sottobicchieri/sotto-tazze e così ho aggiunto dei mini pompon a due dei quattro angoli.
The Love Fool-Granny was born simple as well, with the classic form of the Granny-square. It comes from the heart with fuchsia color and then change with the light gray yarn and work the chains (single crochet with which one is attached to the heart must be made in the back loop only in such a way that the heart ridges at best). I decided to use them as coasters / sub-cups and so I added very sweet mini pompoms in two of the four corners.
